Product Description
The MVCAN MHC series inverters are specially designed and developed by Meiheng Company based on the technical characteristics of crane applications, combined with years of practical experience, specifically for the characteristics of various mechanisms of cranes. It is the latest product series in the MVCAN inverter family, available in two voltage levels: AC380-500V and AC525-690V, with a power range from 0.75kW to 1500kW.
The MHC series inverters include three products:
● MHCH — Special inverter for crane lifting mechanism
● MHCT — Special inverter for crane translation mechanism
● MHCJ — Economical inverter for crane translation mechanism
The three products are designed and developed based on the operational characteristics of various crane mechanisms, allowing the MHC series inverters to meet different control and drive requirements for crane lifting and translation mechanisms.Product Features
● Designed with a modular concept, it is the most compact and fully equipped special inverter for cranes currently available on the market.
● Power units and control units can be separated and installed independently.
● Standard configuration includes basic I/O option boards for on-site use, and more control and functional requirements can be achieved through expansion slots.
● Standard configuration includes input line reactors (built-in or external depending on specifications) and braking choppers (built-in), facilitating selection and use.
● Standard configuration includes a pluggable character-type operation panel, which can be used for parameter reading, setting, and monitoring; it also has a storage function for parameter copying between inverters.
● Operating ambient temperature can reach 50℃, and there is no need to derate under high temperature environments or high switching frequencies.
