Meiheng Crane Safety Monitoring (Instrument) System (hereinafter referred to as the system) complies with the national standard GB/T 28264-2012.It meets the requirements of the "Crane Safety Monitoring Management System" and is widely used in various types of bridge, gantry, portal, tower, cable, mast, and mobile cranes as specified in GB/T20776-2006 (other cranes can refer to this for use). This system can monitor and control the crane's lifting capacity, lifting height, travel distance, working time, working cycle, and other operational parameters, and provide prompts and alarms for the crane's normal operation, full load, overload, and other working states. It records and stores the crane's safety working status in real-time and can transmit data to a remote monitoring platform via GPRS wireless transmission, effectively preventing and suppressing accidents, eliminating safety production hazards, and facilitating quantitative management by quality supervision departments.
