MVCAN MHCThe series of frequency converters is specially designed and developed by Meiheng Company based on the technical characteristics of crane applications, combined with years of practical experience, targeting the characteristics of various mechanisms of cranes.It is the latest product series in the MVCAN frequency converter family, available in two voltage levels: AC380-500V and AC525-690V, with a power range from 0.75kW to 1500kW.
MHCThe MHC series frequency converters include three products:
●MHCH — Special frequency converter for crane lifting mechanism
●MHCT — Special frequency converter for crane translation mechanism
●MHCJ — Economical frequency converter for crane translation mechanism
The three products are designed and developed based on the operational characteristics of various crane mechanisms, allowing the MHCseries frequency converters to meet different control and drive requirements for crane lifting and translation mechanisms.Product Features
●Designed with a modular concept, it is the most compact and fully equipped special frequency converter for cranes on the market today.
●The power unit and control unit can be separated and installed separately.
●Standard configuration can meet the basic I/O option board requirements for on-site use, and more control and functional requirements can be achieved through expansion slots.
●Standard configuration includes an input reactor (built-in or external depending on specifications) and a braking chopper (built-in), facilitating selection and use.
●Standard configuration includes a pluggable character-type operation panel, which can be used for parameter reading, setting, and monitoring; it also has a storage function for parameter copying between frequency converters.
●The ambient temperature can reach 50℃, and there is no need to derate under high temperature environments or high switching frequencies.
