The MAGNAMAT BCM digital electromagnetic disk control device designed and produced by Meiheng Company is a product based on modern thyristor control technology. It provides a DC power supply to the electromagnetic disk by controlling the turn-off and turn-on angles of the thyristor, thereby achieving control over the electromagnetic disk's material handling. When the electromagnetic disk releases material (i.e., demagnetizes), the inductive energy stored in the coil of the electromagnetic disk can be fed back to the power grid through the BCM device, saving a significant amount of electrical energy.

If the current specification of the selected MAGNAMAT BCM series device is too small, it may be damaged due to overload.
