MHIntelligent Control Modular Standard (Screen) Cabinet --General Electric Motor Rotor Series Resistance Type Electric Control Equipment(Hereinafter referred to asMHIntelligent Standard Screen Cabinet)is based on the intelligent crane standard control unit as the core component, controlling the electrical system integration control of the three-phase asynchronous motor's start, operation, and stop by controlling the contactor's engagement between the motor stator and rotor.(Screen)Cabinet. This screen cabinet controls the motor acceleration through frequency principle and time principle, and can also use a thyristor contactless switch instead of a conventional contactor.
MHThe intelligent standard screen cabinet meets the driving and control requirements of cranes in heavy-duty work systems and harsh environments in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and construction, and can fully replace traditional screen cabinets in various crane applications, including:

注：产品均以《MH智能控制屏柜型号对照表》的型号为准。
1.除以上型号外，美恒公司还可以根据用户需求生产定制屏柜。
2.控制电压如果是380VAC，订货时请增加变压器,例如：JBK3-2500VA 380V/220V，本标准屏柜不标配变压器。
3.智能型起重机标准控制单元可同时控制两个动力单元,第一个动力单元即本地控制的动力单元，应用宏选本地应用宏；第二个动力单元即扩展控制的动力单元，应用宏选扩展应用宏。
举例说明：起重机的主、副起升都采用MH智能标准屏柜，主起升采用”动力单元+控制单元(双机构)”形式,副起升可以采用”动力单元”形式，副起升的控制部分由主起升屏柜内的智能型起重机标准控制单元通过端子排连接进行扩展控制.主起升应用宏为本地应用宏，副起升应用宏为扩展应用宏.
同样的例子还可以这样配置:主起升采用”动力单元+控制单元(单机构)”,副起升也采用”动力单元+控制单元(单机构)”，此种配置都采用的是本地应用宏。
