Job Position:Production Director

2 Age and gender requirements:32-40years old, male.
3 Education requirements: Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
4 Professional background and language requirements: Relevant professional background in electrical automation, mechanical engineering, and automation. CET-4 (426score above) and above.
5 Work experience and position requirements:
5.1 More than ten years of work experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, at least five years of successful production management experience, understanding of safety management, quality management, and cost management requirements. Experience in production management in Japanese-funded enterprises is preferred.
5.2 Responsible for the safety management of the production department, implementing responsibilities, organizing training, and supervising assessments to ensure production safety.
5.3 Based on the company's annual production goals, lead the formulation and implementation of the annual production plan to ensure target achievement.
5.4 According to the annual production plan and contract project plan, supervise and control monthly, weekly production plans and daily operation plans, and track production progress to ensure timely and quality completion.
5.5 Proficient in using lean,5Sagile manufacturing and other management tools, and able to use them well to achieve the goal of improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency in the production process (man-machine-material-method-environment-measurement).
5.6 Internal personnel management and talent cultivation in the production department.
5.7 Possess good communication skills, coordination skills, planning and integration skills, decision-making and execution skills, training skills, and leadership skills.
5.8 Have certain data analysis capabilities, proficient in usingERP,Xmind,Office,CADand other software tools.
6 Work location: Dalian, able to adapt to short-term business trips.
7 Other requirements: Loyal to the team, with good professional ethics; strong internal drive and stress resistance; practical and steady, meticulous in work, and strong sense of responsibility. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
