Job Requirements:

1. No specific major required, automation, electrical, measurement and control and other related majors are preferred.
                 2. Sensitive to market and industry information, with certain data analysis capabilities, proficient in using software tools such as Xmind and Office.
                 3. Possess good coordination, communication, and written documentation skills, with some legal knowledge preferred.
                 4. Positive and optimistic, strong stress resistance, meticulous and serious, strong execution.
                 5. Good self-motivation, persistent learning ability, good at thinking, diligent in summarizing.
                 6. Good team cooperation awareness, honest and trustworthy, practical and serious in work.
                 7. Excellent academic performance, experience in student council or clubs with outstanding achievements preferred.
                 8. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, with English as a working language preferred.
