1. Major in finance, accounting or related fields.
                 2. Good coordination, communication skills, and written documentation skills.
                 3. Strong data analysis and insight abilities, proficient in using software tools like Xmind, Office, etc.
                 4. Detail-oriented, strong execution ability, positive and optimistic, with strong stress resistance.
                 5. Good self-motivation, persistent learning ability, good at thinking, and diligent in summarizing.
                 6. Good team cooperation awareness, honest and trustworthy, practical and serious in work.
                 7. Excellent academic performance, experience in student council or clubs, and outstanding achievements will be given priority.
                 8. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to use it as a working language will be given priority.
