Education Requirements:Full-time bachelor's degree or above


Major Requirements:

1. Mechanical, automation, electrical, measurement and control, and other related engineering majors are preferred.
                 2. Sensitive to market and industry information, with certain data analysis capabilities, proficient in using software tools such as Xmind and Office.
                 3. Possess good coordination, communication, and written documentation skills, with some legal knowledge preferred.
                 4. Positive and optimistic, with strong stress resistance, detail-oriented, and strong execution.
                 5. Have good self-motivation, persistent learning ability, good at thinking, and diligent in summarizing.
                 6. Have a good sense of teamwork, honest and trustworthy, practical and serious in work.
                 7. Excellent academic performance, with positions in student unions or clubs and outstanding achievements preferred.
                 8. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, with English as a working language preferred.
