Analysis and Resolution:
For the translation mechanism, this problem can only occur when CTs are set toYESThis issue may be due to the following reasons:
1) The forward and reverse contactors do not engage, control circuit, coil, or mechanical interlock failure.
2) The relay board cannot close the corresponding stator contactor.
3) Check the voltage between the Thyromat device10and terminal 11. CheckThyromatdevice10and15terminal and10and16the voltage between the terminals. If any of the above tests are abnormal, replace the relay board.
4) The trigger board cannot correctly trigger the three-phase thyristor. Immediately check the output of U0,V0and W0 after the forward or reverse command, if there is no normal voltage output (i.e., output0V) replace the trigger board.
5) Open circuit fault in the motor stator cable. Measure the resistance between the three phases of the stator at the output terminals of the control (panel) cabinet, the reading should be relatively small. Confirm the fault occurs in the cable rather than the motor stator winding by measuring the stator cable with a jumper wire at the motor stator terminals. Ensure the jumper wire is removed after testing.
6) Open circuit fault in the motor stator winding.
7) If the cable tests above are normal, then the open circuit fault may be in the motor. Measure the continuity of the motor stator winding at the motor end. When the "RBF & CURNT LOSS" fault is reported, there will be a suffix, which may beS,Ior R.
● Suffix S: Fault occurring during startup-, i.e., the fault occurs at the moment before the circuit opens, during the verification of torque, where neither frequency feedback nor current feedback is detected.
Note: Applicable only to lifting mechanisms.
● Suffix I: Fault occurring during operation-, i.e., after the circuit opens, when the mechanism is running,Thyromatthe device first does not detect current feedback, then does not detect frequency (speed) feedback.
● Suffix R: Fault occurring during operation-, i.e., after the circuit opens, when the mechanism is running,Thyromatthe device first does not detect frequency (speed) feedback, then does not detect current feedback.
