4 Professional background and language requirements: Related majors such as automation, electrical engineering, measurement and control, mechanical automation, instrumentation, etc., CET-4 (score426above)..
5 Work experience and position requirements:
5.1 Industrial industry3More than 5 years of project management experience, with a deep understanding of the automation or crane industry.
5.2 Responsible for the full lifecycle management of projects. Solve core project management issues and make decisions on projects. Familiar with project management knowledge, project management processes, and master project management tools and methods.
5.3 Possess excellent team collaboration and management skills, efficient intra-departmental and cross-departmental coordination and communication abilities and experience. Responsible for team building, management, effectively motivating members, coordinating member relationships, and training and developing members.
5.4 Possess outstanding analytical, summarizing, and documentation writing skills.
5.5 Candidates with experience in sensor applications, software development, network communication, and related projects are preferred. PossessingPMPcertification is preferred.
5.6 Proficient in usingOffice(especiallyExcel,Project),Xmindand other software.
6 Work location: Dalian, able to adapt to frequent travel.
7 Other requirements: Loyal to the team, meticulous and serious, with good work organization and coordination skills, good team cooperation ability, and a high degree of professionalism.
