Analysis and Resolution:

This can only occur when the translation mechanism is set to YES in the CTs. Possible reasons are as follows:

1) Main power supply, phase imbalance. The fault may be caused by a sudden drop in one phase of the main power supply, which is usually very dangerous, and this danger is not limited to the crane alone. A fault in the power supply is more likely to cause an "Input phases" fault.

2) Thyristor failure. A thyristor can only conduct in either the positive half-cycle or the negative half-cycle, so a damaged thyristor can lead to a 50% drop in the corresponding phase current.

3) Stator winding fault in the motor.

4) Rotor winding or slip ring brush fault in the motor.

5) Rotor resistance circuit fault.

6) Any phase completely open or a fault occurring in the rotor resistance connected in parallel to each phase. This fault is easy to confirm; just disconnect the resistance from the rotor winding (at least two phases) and measure the inter-phase resistance.
