The MHCASC system eliminates the swinging of the lifting device during the startup, operation, and stopping of the crane, solving the problem of unstable load and large swing amplitude during crane operation, greatly reducing the reliance of workers on experience, and improving work efficiency and lifting safety.
The load stability control model of the MHCASC system is "user-friendly" and easy to use and maintain, without the need for regular parameter adjustments to ensure stability (no swinging) during the operation of the lifting device. This system has a large number of application achievements abroad, especially in the European market, including typical cases of replacing other brand products.
The system provides two control systems: open-loop control and closed-loop control, among which:
ØThe open-loop control system is suitable for warehouse cranes, garbage hoists, metallurgical casting cranes, clamps, and electromagnetic cranes that require automated or semi-automated control.
ØThe closed-loop control system is suitable for large container cranes, material yard unloading machines, and other port cranes that require precise control for automated or semi-automated control.

ØAdapt to load stability control for simultaneous (or non-simultaneous) operation of lifting, trolley, and small trolley mechanisms, in conjunction with Meiheng Company's intelligent safety area positioning control system, making the parking position more accurate; especially suitable for automatic/semi-automatic operation in crane safety areas.
