Job Position:Procurement Specialist
1 Number of recruits: 3 people
2 Age and gender requirements:22 to 35 years old, no gender restrictions.
3 Education requirements: Full-time undergraduate degree or above.
4 Professional background and language requirements: Full-time undergraduate degree or above, background in automation, electronics, measurement and control, mechanical engineering and other related engineering majors; CET-4 (above 426 points).
5 Work experience and position requirements:
5.1 Fresh graduates or those with relevant work experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in technical, sales, or procurement assistant positions.
5.2 Responsible for all procurement work of project materials, completing the procurement plan. Ensure that the technical standards, quality, and delivery time of the purchased raw materials meet procurement requirements.
5.3 While ensuring the completion of procurement goals and plans, reasonably control and reduce procurement costs.
5.4 Expand and summarize suppliers and supply channels, conduct qualification assessment of qualified suppliers annually, and establish qualified supplier files.
5.5 Proficient in usingERP、Office、CADand other software tools.
6 Work location: Dalian.
7 Other requirements: Loyal to the team, with good professional ethics; strong internal drive and stress resistance; practical and steady, meticulous in work, and strong sense of responsibility. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
