Job Position:Purchasing Manager
1 Number of recruits:1 person
2 Age and gender requirements:27-35 years old, no gender restrictions.
3 Education requirements: Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
4 Professional background and language requirements: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, background in engineering-related majors such as automation, electronics, measurement and control, machinery, etc.; CET-4 (426 points or above).
5In manufacturing enterprises, five years or more of full-process procurement work experience, including more than one year of management experience in the procurement department, proficient in supply quantity management.
6 Work experience and position requirements:
1.1 Assist the purchasing director in formulating and implementing procurement plans.
1.2 Ensure that the purchased raw materials meet the specified requirements, while ensuring quality and delivery time, strive for more reasonable prices and payment terms, and achieve the company's raw material cost control goals.
1.3 Familiar with supply channels and market changes, assist the purchasing director in carrying out various businesses, and ensure timely delivery of company purchases.
1.4 Responsible for the development, evaluation, and management of suppliers, establishing a reasonable procurement process.
1.5 Responsible for negotiating orders for important procurement projects, checking the execution and implementation of contracts. Supervise and inspect the procurement process and price control of subordinates.
1.6 Have a good performance and professional ethics record in the procurement field, strong analytical ability, excellent negotiation skills, and supplier management ability.
1.7 Possess good communication skills, coordination skills, planning and integration skills, decision-making and execution skills, training ability, and leadership ability.
1.8 Have certain data analysis capabilities, proficient in usingERP, Xmind, Office and other software tools.
7 Work location: Dalian.
8 Other requirements: Loyal to the team, with good professional ethics; strong intrinsic motivation and stress resistance; practical and steady, meticulous in work, and strong sense of responsibility. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
