As the lead engineer for this renovation project, Xiao Song participated in the entire process of implementing an integrated smart system solution from design, manufacturing, installation, debugging, to technical support, and he has a deep understanding of this.
According to Xiao Song, this project adopted various core products from Meiheng Electric Drive in the motor drive and control system solution, including the THYROMAT 10BCC series, BCC series, and MVCAN inverter products, ensuring the safety, stability, efficiency, and energy-saving control goals of the crane equipment.In the smart system solution for lifting and transportation machinery, a network version of the MHCIMS crane safety monitoring and information management system was customized for the user, achieving functions such as smart control, drive integration, safety monitoring, information management, and comprehensive big data analysis, providing users with a "one-stop" integration and service of intelligent solutions, enhancing management levels and improving work efficiency. At the same time, through Meiheng's professional team, an integrated engineering service solution was implemented, providing users with comprehensive engineering services for lifting machinery, including installation, debugging, and construction, ensuring the smooth completion of the entire project upgrade and transformation with scientific and reasonable methods and measures.
When talking about the successful implementation of the project, Xiao Song couldn't help but express that it was precisely because they provided a smart system solution that met user needs and combined with on-site conditions that his entire team completed the transformation of the user's old traditional crane system into a brand new Meiheng intelligent crane system in just seven days. The experiences of those days are still fresh in his memory, such as holding meetings with users at ten o'clock every night to confirm the work plan and scheme for the next day, the average daily working time exceeding fourteen hours for each person, and overcoming the harsh environment of high temperatures and dust on-site during the transformation process...
