Dalian Meiheng Electric Co., Ltd. In order to further implement the spirit of the "Notice of the State Council on Further Strengthening the Safety Production Work of Enterprises" (Guo Fa [2010] No. 23), the State Administration for Market Regulation and the State Administration of Work Safety jointly announced the "Directory of Large Lifting Machinery Installed with Safety Monitoring Management Systems" and promoted the pilot results of the installation of safety monitoring management systems for large lifting machinery.
According to the requirements of the notice, Dalian Meiheng Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Meiheng Company) undertook the pilot application work of 75 tons and above metallurgical bridge cranes (for lifting molten metal) in cooperation with the Second Steelmaking Plant of Benxi Steel Plate Co., Ltd., based on its independently developed "Crane Safety Monitoring and Information Management System", and installed a large lifting machinery safety monitoring and information management system on the 260-ton metallurgical bridge crane of Benxi Steel.
