Job Position:TechnicalManagement Specialist

2 Age Requirement:22-35years old.
3 Educational Background: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, engineering-related majors are preferred.
4 Work Experience: Recent bachelor's graduates or those with more than two years of experience in technical R&D department document management and personnel performance management are preferred.
5 Work Experience andJob Requirements:
5.1 Assistthe Technical Director in daily department management, including document management, personnel performance management, etc.;
5.2 Understand motor control and speed regulation design,PLCcontrol and programming are preferred;
6 SkillsRequirements:
6.1 Experience in using and managing documents in electronics and structural processes, able to operateERPis preferred;
6.2 Familiarity with electronic components and relevant inventory management experience are preferred.
7 Work Location: Dalian.
8 Other Requirements: Loyalty to the team, good professional ethics; strong intrinsic motivation and stress resistance; practical and steady, meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility.
