Work Experience and Position Requirements:

5.1 More than five years of specific HR work experience, more than two years of HR management experience, proficient in the work and requirements of various HR modules, possess advanced HR management concepts and methods, and be able to independently complete the work of various HR modules.

5.2 Assist the Administrative Director in organizing and formulating the company's human resources structure and plans.

5.3 Improve and revise job responsibilities, and execute recruitment and personnel transfer work according to job requirements, formulate job training plans, performance incentive policies, compensation policies, etc., and organize their implementation.

5.4 Participate in the company's cultural construction and be responsible for employee relations management.

5.5 Possess good language expression and writing skills, formulate and improve the company's various HR management systems and processes.

5.6 Have good thinking, communication, coordination, planning and integration, decision-making and execution, training, and leadership abilities.

5.7 Have certain data analysis capabilities, proficient in usingXmind,Officeand other software tools.

Work Location: Dalian, able to adapt to short-term business trips.
