Job Title: Administrative Director

3 Education Requirements: Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
4 Professional Background and Language Requirements: No specific major required, but candidates with both engineering and human resources or business management backgrounds will be given priority. CET-6 or above in English.
5 Work Experience and Position Requirements:
5.1 Ten years or more of administrative and human resources work experience, including more than three years of management experience in relevant departments.
5.2 Participate in formulating the company's annual management goals, improving and enhancing the company's administrative and human resources systems.
5.3 Based on the company's annual management goals, develop administrative and human resources management work objectives and implementation details, and lead the team to achieve these goals.
5.4 Lead the implementation of the company's corporate culture construction, organizational construction, system construction, and other related work.
5.5 Control the company's human resources and administrative costs.
5.6 Responsible for the application, process organization, and acceptance of government projects.
5.7 Coordinate and comprehensively manage functions, directly handle company affairs that have not yet been clearly defined.
6 Skills Requirements:
6.1 Have a deep understanding of modern corporate administrative management processes, means, and models, and possess advanced administrative management concepts and methods.
6.2 Possess good thinking, communication, coordination, planning and integration, decision-making and execution, training, and leadership abilities.
6.3 Have excellent written expression and writing skills, departmentSOPand other standardized work establishment, improvement, and enhancement.
6.4 Have certain data analysis capabilities, proficient in usingXmind,Officeand other software tools.
7 Other Requirements: Loyal to the team, with good professional ethics; strong intrinsic motivation and stress resistance; practical and steady, meticulous in work, and strong sense of responsibility.
