Job Position:Regional Sales Manager

 

1 Number of recruits:6people

2 Age and gender requirements:27-35years old, male.

3 Educational background: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation, electronics, measurement and control, mechanical engineering, or related fields.

4 Work experience and position requirements:

4.1 At least five years of successful sales experience in the field of lifting and transportation machinery, especially in metallurgy, ports, mining, and other application areas.

4.2 A deep understanding of market demand and future development in related fields, very familiar with industry business and customer needs, strong customer development ability and customer management experience, with keen market insight.

4.3 Set personal sales goals and strategies based on sales targets to achieve sales objectives.

4.4 Deeply understand customer needs, grasp market dynamics and development trends in the assigned area, propose specific regional marketing plans based on market changes, and strategically develop and follow up on new customers and new projects.

4.5 Expand the sales network in the assigned area, be familiar with the market characteristics and marketing features of the area, and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships with customers in the area. At the same time, continuously develop new customers and new projects to ensure sustained performance growth.

4.6 Supervise and follow up on the execution of contract projects according to the contract, ensuring smooth completion of contracts.

4.7 Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, and high negotiation skills.

4.8 Certain data analysis ability, proficient inXmind, Office and other software tools.

5 Work location: Dalian, able to adapt to frequent travel.

6 Other requirements: Loyalty to the team,excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong pioneering spirit and organizational ability; good team building ability and high dedication.
