Job Position:Purchasing Director

3 Education Requirements: Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
4 Professional Background and Language Requirements: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, background in automation, electronics, measurement and control, mechanical engineering or related engineering fields; CET-4 (above 426 points) and above.426分以上）及以上。
5 Work Experience and Position Requirements:
5.1 More than ten years of full-process purchasing experience in manufacturing enterprises, including more than three years of management experience in the purchasing department, proficient in supply quantity management.
5.2 Plan and determine purchasing projects, ensure that the purchased raw materials meet the specified requirements, strive for more reasonable prices and payment terms while ensuring quality and delivery time, and achieve the company's raw material cost control goals.
5.3 Familiar with supply channels and market changes, guide and supervise subordinates in business operations, ensure timely delivery of company purchases.
5.4 Responsible for organizing the development, evaluation, and management of suppliers, establishing a reasonable purchasing process.
5.5 Supervise and participate in important purchasing project negotiations, check the execution and implementation of contracts. Supervise and check the purchasing process and price control of subordinates.
5.6 Have a good performance and professional ethics record in the purchasing field, strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation skills, and supplier management capabilities.
5.7 Possess good communication skills, coordination skills, planning and integration skills, decision-making and execution skills, training ability, and leadership ability.
5.8 Have certain data analysis capabilities, proficient inERP, Xmind, Office and other software tools.
6 Work Location: Dalian.
7 Other Requirements: Loyal to the team, with good professional ethics; strong intrinsic motivation and stress resistance; practical and steady, meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
